Backups of a vePortal container are a client side responsibility. I have reviewed the available backups on this hosting node and it appears that you never utilized this feature. There is no way to retrieve the data in question.

As has been noted for you, there is no way to restore the data. If you would like to discuss the matter further or order a new service your ticket can be forwarded to the customer service department.

Veportal容器的备份是客户的责任，似乎你从未使用过此项功能，因此亦无法找回备份数据，如果你欲进一步讨论这个问题或订购新服务，则将把你的服务单转给客务部门。
