我的美国vps被谷歌标记成中国，CF的warp也标记的是中国：

google是用pixel，开定位，还可以理解，cloudflare都不怎么用，还把我VPS的IP标记中国了。

Cloudflare uses Maxmind as a geolocation database. Cloudflare updates its GeoIP database weekly.

2a09: 这个IP实际上是美国广播，只是实际路由是过cf某个节点的。实际应该是cf主动提供给IP库，提供位置信息的。
而分配的IP是根据你连接上warp的客户端IP识别分配的。在中国的IP池子甚至能精确到省市。
