是用Email发给他？还是在sr里回复
Then attach that email to this service request in .eml file or .pdf.
这个eml pdf是说用邮件回复他吗他也没说回复哪个邮箱

If you are not able to login to the Default Domain or use another factor I will request that our Service team reset your factors.

We will need your authorization first.

Would you email yourself the following completed authorization template from the email address listed on the account?

Then attach that email to this service request in .eml file or .pdf.

用账户绑定的email按这个格式发一遍邮件给自己，然后下载为eml或者pdf格式文件，再以附件形式上传到服务请求中。

意思就是说，不需要楼主自己用word按照模板写一份文件，而是通过这种方式，生成一份授权模板的pdf或eml。

客服说重置了
但是登录还是需要验证码...
再问就给我发这个
We went ahead and performed the reset on the Identity Domain, try to log in on that one, then, from there you can reset your fators if required.
不知道啥意思。。

搞定了重置了但是只能用另外一个域登录

我们的早上他们是下班的
所以晚上9点找他们基本20分钟回一次
走点流程就找回来了
