中国联通通往美国与中国之间的海底光缆系统出现了非常严重的问题，他们做出了紧急维修的窗口通知，维修时间为7/5-7/13(PST)。
综上所述，如果您使用的是中国联通的线路，您在7/5-7/13(PST)会受到影响。我们非常抱歉给您带来的不便。

Dear Customer,

China Unicom is currently experiencing some serious problem with their submarine cable system between China and USA. They perform an urgent repair and open a maintenance window from 7/5-7/13(PST).

So due to above reason, China Unicom’s network will be congestion in the traffic time during 7/5-7/13(PST).

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience.

kt这两天不续费的好多，线路太不稳定了。

是海底光缆的问题，机房也无计可施。中美间的光缆就那么几条，坏了一条其他都受影响，唉。。。
