标题: VPS “BEAM 2” plan请进.
请问一下使用photonvps VPS “BEAM 2” plan的朋友. 你们旳”Burstable RAM”是多少?

在SSH, 用指令 free -m 看看”total mem” 或者在控制板面.
我的在两个地方都显示只有1985MB, 发多次帖回复都说,那些数字不准确, 已给足了的.
有点奸商的味道

另外顺便报告一下硬碟和流量大小, 看看大家是否都相同呢?

Burstable RAM mentioned in website is 2GB. So as mentioned we have given that in VPS. You will not see the exact value in the running VPS, as the OS uses that much memory. The same is with traffic. You will not get the exact value. Some values will be mismatch. That is negligible .

我就不明白了, 如果用SSH连到VPS, 用指令看到的数字都不能作准的话, 那怎样才算是准确的?

流量就离谱了, 只有900000MB, 实际只是878GB. 比他们在网页上所声称的实际上是少了21GB,
他们公司的额外流量是1美金/1GB, 这就等于21美金 !!!

我只能说这间公司是个不讲道理的公司. 限制多少,是随他们的心情,喜欢填多少就多少.

基本上他们的 1K是等于 1000, 而不是1024.
至于Burstable RAM, 按他们 “1K是等于 1000”的奸商谬论, 也应该是2000MB, 但他们只给1985MB, 而且硬说已经给足了, 表面数字是不准确的,还真是秀才遇上兵,有理说不清.

奸商当道, 用户只能用钱买教训. 不是我看死它, 这间公司肯定是做不长的~

These calculations are done using calculations of 1000k which is done by FluidVM. Yes you are missing some space but hardly any.

When you buy RAM / DISK the same occurs when you insert the hardware. A 1TB hard drive you will not be able to use all 1TB drive instead you will probably get a max of 997 GB out of it. RAM is the same it depends on the calculation on the OS

一个硬碟生产商声称的容量大小与实际的有相当的差别,那已经是奸商长期欺骗消费者造成的历史问题.
有诚信的公司就不会将奸商的手法当成正当的做法, 拿来做借口呀.

如果你们公司是1K等于1000就应该在网页上注明, 就不应该说是900GB的流量, 而该写明是 900000MB.
若果你们公司真的有心提供900GB的流量, 那么设置node时就该如实地填上921600MB, 而不是900000MB
那可相差21GB, 即21美金呀, 谁能忍受这种欺骗呢?

同为中国人, 好心提醒你一句, 生意靠诚信, 口碑更胜广告宣传.
若想长期做生意, 就该老老实实, 跟别人做奸商是没有前途的, 同胞!!!
