改注册表。
以下拷贝自OVH官网，进行了法译英机翻，效果不错

By installing the loopback card, a new network interface appeared: "Local Area Connection 2" (except for HG servers which will have a third interface). It's time to assign the IP address fail-over:
From the Start menu, select Control Panel, Network Connections and then Local Area Connection 2
Click on Properties
Select Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) and click Properties
Enter the IP address for your IP fail-over and 255.255.255.0 as the subnet mask. Leave the other fields blank.
Confirm all open windows.

Finally, we must correct the subnet mask to 255.255.255.255 but this is not allowed by the box's IP configuration dialog; it must change the information in the registry:
From the Start menu, click Run, regedit tapper
Tapper CTRL + F3 to open the search window, then indicate the fail-over IP and
click Next
Once the IP found, doucle-click the parameter "SubnetMask" and change to 255.255.255.0 255.255.255.255 and confirm.
Continue searching by typing F3 and redo the change as before
Close the registry editor

Finally, to validate the modifications, reboot the interface:
Start, Control Panel, Network Connections and right-click on Connection
LAN 2 and then click Disable
Wait a few seconds and re-enable the network connection

loopback card是ovh内部的东西，不用理会

不过你如果不是为了和邻居通信 /32 也可以输入 255.255.255.0 只不是没法和邻居通信而已~~~

简单办法，注册表编辑器，搜索255.255.255.0，然后又两个结果，改第二个就行

For the second step, via the Start menu, click Run, then type regedit.
Once in the application, you should find your ip-failover (Edit Search).
Once the IP found, double-click the parameter SubnetMask? "and change 255.255.0.0 to 255.255.255.255, then you validate.
