Maybe you do not realize the seriousness of the issue. At this time, you lost us $3,000+ of monthly renewals. When a server attacks from our network we take the issue very seriously. We cannot give you a refund and it will be up to our admin to allow the server back.

很有趣，年付的。也没有提供什么攻击数据，就说给他们造成三千美金每月的损失，不知道这个数据怎么计算出来的呵。
