Thank you for contacting Online Support. Please note the domain cannot be in use or aliased in any hosting account within our system. Once the domain is removed from the other hosting account you may proceed with setup.
Canceling your hosting account will delete all of your Web site files that you have stored on our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
3. Click the checkbox next to the hosting account you want to cancel.
4. Click the Cancel Account button above your account list.
5. In the Cancel Hosting Account section on the right, click Save Changes.
Please use the following instructions to remove an aliased domain from your hosting account:
• Select Hosting under the My Products section.
• Click the Manage Account link under the Control panel heading for the hosting account you wish to manage.
• Click on the Domain Management button under the Settings heading.
• Click the domain name you wish to remove
• Click the blue hyper link labeled Remove.
• You will be prompted with a message asking you to confirm the cancellation.
Once a domain has been removed from Aliased Domains, please allow up to 48 hours for the change to take place.

Before we can give out any information on the account, we will need to verify the last 4 digits of a credit card, PayPal Billing Agreement/Account Number, or Support PIN on the account.
