What do I do if my IP address is blocked by the 高墙?
Great Firewall (高墙) - With the recent developments in the 高墙, our team has determined the swapping of IP addresses is ineffective in resolving the connectivity issues our customers face. The 高墙 will continue to block new IP addresses shortly after a Linode’s IP has been replaced. At this time, we are no longer swapping IP addresses for Linodes impacted by the 高墙.

All IP changes are done through tickets.
Go to your service page and hit the "Request IP change" button on that page - it will auto fill a specific ticket template for you.
There is a $5 fee for changing IPs. For proxies or 扶墙s it’s one free IP change per month.
