标题: 境內查節點 ip 的網頁
想請問一下,我想查境內各省連到某個位址(port 80)能否連通,或回應時間長短.

有什麼網頁工具可以提供這樣的功能?

貌似符合你的需求
输入你要访问的地址
然后它会连看能不能连上和连上的延迟

不是要 ping 的,是要能 connect 某個 tcp port...
因為節點在雲上,沒法 ping....
