Sara Kuku: Can you help check why my sign up is under reivewing ?
Sara Kuku: My friend sign up as the same time but just sign up successfully without any review.

Sara Kuku: Now in the US
Anthony: and the card is from where?
Sara Kuku: I use my card from CMB in China for sign up
Anthony: ok, for a CN card, you need to use a CN billing address
Sara Kuku: Yes, at the begining I use CN billing address but after 1 Dollar transaction, the system told me my card is declined without any reason, so I just use the same card to sign up in the US zone.
Sara Kuku: So now I'm confused how to sign up for Oracle clound
Anthony: what is the correct name on the card and billing address?
Sara Kuku: Correct Chinese name is *************************. It's my address in China.
Anthony: ok, I think you should try with those details
Sara Kuku: How ? sign up again?
Anthony: yes
Sara Kuku: yes,I just try it again, system told me my card is not authorized and ask me to contact my bank. but it's the same card, then later I sign up in US zone with review request, so I just contact you for support.
Anthony: ok, I think it is because you have previously entered incorrect details
Sara Kuku: So If I sign up again, is it'OK use the same card?
Anthony: yes, but you need the right details for the card
Sara Kuku: Can I use the same email address for new sign up?
