I tried calling you on "+86-xxxxxxxxx", but unfortunately not able to reach you. As per the issue description you should have reached the 90% of 5TB quota and the tenant need to be boosted.
Please follow the below steps:
1.) Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center (portal.office.com > Admins).
2.) Log in as a user with either the Global admin role assigned.
3.) Verify that you are using the new admin center.
4) Click on the Need Help? widget.
5.) Type OneDrive Storage Quota in the search box.
6.) Follow the prompts to run the diagnostic.
