Ping了一下， Packets lost (100%) 超级严重，不仅仅只是中国，香港、New York, 等地都不行，
发了TK给客服，问我是不是装了防火墙，还有提示说这个IP是 fine on.

我不大懂，是不是受惩罚了？

We need traceroutes to see exactly why these IP's are not working for you.
