与电信和联通直连的美国ISP

直连只是说直接peer，不保证带宽有多大，也不能保证不悲剧，但是非直连的一定悲剧。
美国ISP按大小排序。另外telia和tinet是欧洲的，tata是加拿大的，以及TW Telicom在美国也有线路，也列在下面。
