他说他们所有的管理员都意识到这个问题了。

我就更费解了，意识到了不作为？

I think you should tell Mike about the network problem these days, because today I got a email from my VPS provider, they have peering with HE and I am on it, I asked them to change my peering and when they replied they also said HE has problems lately. Another thing is I saw another post in the forum just know and they were talk about leave HE.
