RMB求线索，关于cisco ipsec对接freeradius不计费的问题

cisco ipsec对接freeradius
认证没问题
现在的问题是不计费，不计时，也就是除了认证，其他的部分都不起作用或者说返回都是0
freeradius已经修改了源码去掉了ciscohack部分重新编译过

向高人RMB求解决线索，无需细节，告知问题在哪里即可，可pm也可在这里回复，能解决即奉上RMB

rad_recv: Access-Request里有这样的错误提示
[pap] Found existing Auth-Type, not changing it.
++[pap] returns noop
Found Auth-Type = Local
WARNING: Please update your configuration, and remove 'Auth-Type = Local'
WARNING: Use the PAP or CHAP modules instead.

rad_recv: Accounting-Request里面的错误信息是这样的
[acct_unique] WARNING: Attribute Acct-Session-Id was not found in request, unique ID MAY be inconsistent
