I don't get what the problem is but you're not really helping the situation at all. If you want to get your data you have to wait.
Also i should remind you what our Terms of Service say in regards to backups:
5. Backup/Restores
As a courtesy, HostRail provides a backup service on shared hosting accounts. You can request our administrators to run a backup of your site or any files for a one-time charge. Although HostRail tries to ensure these backups are complete and accurate, we cannot guarantee data integrity. It is possible that a site and/or file may not be able to be restored without our knowledge. HostRail recommends that the customer periodically and frequently backup their site to their local computer. A backup may not be included with a dedicated server or VPS type plan. We recommend that dedicated server and VPS customers purchase a backup option to protect data. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. HostRail is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on HostRail servers. HostRail is not responsible for any data loss caused by any or all of the following factors: (a) The customer, (b) Human Error, (c) Hard Drive failure.
I hope that people appreciate the fact that i've given access to my personal Facebook profile and the fact that i'm trying to respond to as many questions as i can - i don't think a lot of companies would do this - i don't think any company would do it - other owners would just close down and vanish from earth - whereas me, not only have i not vanished, i've even given access to my personal Facebook profile - i'm not a person that will vanish
Due to my own personal reasons and how i currently feel i am unable to say a lot currently. I have had a discussion with LimeStoneNetworks. PrivateLayer does not want to co-operate with us apparently unlike LimeStoneNetworks.
As you have noticed all US Servers (except for one i believe) are Offline, NO DATA has been lost however, i want to be clear with this that NO DATA has been lost.
That is all i will say for now, i will try to post additional information tomorrow as early as possible.
