You can assign a different key to any Xshell menu itmes by using the customized menu file. Go to Tools > Options, and then click the Menu & shortcut keys tab. Select the Use customized menu option and select your customized menu file.

To edit the menu file, open the following file:

C:\Program Files\NetSarang\Xshell 3\example_en.mnu

and edit the entries that you want to customize.

For example, if you want to transparent function to use Alt+K instead of Alt+T, change the following line:

MENUITEM "T&ransparent\tAlt+T", ID_VIEW_TRANSPARENT

And, change it to:

MENUITEM "K&ransparent\tAlt+K", ID_VIEW_TRANSPARENT

You can do the same for the Tools menu.
