 11.3 很奇怪,另外一个客服说我的账户是免费账户,还不是pay as pay go,但是我已经是升级了付费账户的情况下,再去申请的,可能是官方后台没有更新我的账号等级,推测另外一个客服说的要我去找销售可能也是这个原因
