dnspod 凌晨3:24监控到宕机，vortex-vps早上7点发一封邮件，告知达拉斯机房升级1-4小时左右，？
Dear Customers,

Any customer that is on the Dallas Xen Server we will be proforming Customer upgrades this morning there could be downtime delays of 1 to 4 Hours.

我觉得ping值还可以，为什么国人用达拉斯的少呢？我是小白
