PhotonVPS具体退款部奏要怎么操作

取消产品这步在后台的那个选项里面，找半天没找到。
我给：
•Support - Support
•Billing - Billing
都发了要退款的请求。

回复说：
We didn't receive your cancellation notice. Also is there a problem with the service? We haven't finished your rebuild yet.

找到了是不是这里：

到My Products & Services 里面，然后点view details的图标，

然后可以找到取消产品按钮，
